My mother is a senior with an excellent driving record and she was looking for a reasonable rate and good customer care…We came to the office late in the day on a Friday. Jen went right to work for us and got my Mom fixed up with better coverage at a better rate got the policy written and walked us to the car all by the close of business that day…We felt like family. I have to say they have the best customer service!!! When we first got the Bear River Insurance through them, they showed us what the best customer service look like!! We appreciated all their effort and patience. They were so kind and provided amazing quotes for us to choose from. We had to update our auto and renter insurance a year later.
